I founded Resilient Roots Coaching to support women who are ready to reconnect with their confidence, develop their leadership skills, and create lives that feel authentic and aligned.

Throughout my career, I have worked in environments that demand resilience, strong leadership, and emotional intelligence. My professional background includes clinical nursing, healthcare administration, and organizational development, where I supported performance improvement initiatives and leadership development within complex systems.

In addition to my clinical and administrative experience, I hold a Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. My graduate training focused on workplace dynamics, leadership development, performance systems, and organizational effectiveness.

Through this work I have provided consultative services focused on:

• process improvement
• workflow analysis
• performance systems
• leadership coaching and development
• organizational effectiveness

This background allows me to support clients not only at a personal level, but also in navigating the realities of modern workplaces.

Why I Do This Work

Like many women, my own journey has included navigating burnout, rebuilding confidence, and redefining what leadership and success mean.

For nearly two decades, I raised my son as a single mother while building my professional career. During that time, I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal growth.

These experiences strengthened my commitment to helping women develop the internal resilience and leadership skills necessary to thrive — not just professionally, but personally as well.

Today, I combine my professional expertise with my lived experience to create a coaching environment that is both practical and deeply supportive.
